Betty A. Stahl, 83, Fergus Falls , MN and formerly Campbell , MN died on Saturday March 28, 2009 at the Pioneer Home, Fergus Falls , Minnesota . Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 1:00 P.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church , Wahpeton, ND with Rev. Alan R. Werth officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, April 3 from 4:00-7:00 at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home with a 7:00 P.M. Prayer Service. There will also be visitation at the church Saturday from 12:00-1:00PM. Interment will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery , Campbell , MN .

Betty Ann Holey was born on December 9, 1925 at Albion , Nebraska to Lars and Mary Elizabeth (Bishop) Holey. She attended schools in Albion . On July 24, 1947 she married Harlow Stahl at Neligh , Nebraska . In later years the couple lived in Campbell , MN . In 1977 they moved to Breckenridge , MN . Betty worked for many years in the housekeeping department of the St. Francis Home in Breckenridge. Harlow died in 1985 and Betty remained in Breckenridge until entering the Pioneer Home, Fergus Falls , MN in 2006. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church , Wahpeton, ND. She enjoyed coffee with friends and family, playing Bingo and loving her children and grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by her children; Cecil (Vicki) Stahl, Breckenridge, MN, Harlan Stahl, Milnor, ND, Roger (Julie) Stahl, Milnor, ND, Linda (Roger) Haugen, Fergus Falls, MN and Audrey (James) Stock, Fergus Falls, MN, 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Lars (Clara) Holey, Robert (Kathy) Holey, Donald (Pat) Holey and 6 sisters, Margaret Stahl, Verna Stahl, Dorothy Loken, Mary (Vernon) Ingbretson, Nancy (Phillip) Hagen and Anna (Art)

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Andrew in 1976 and her husband, Harlow in 1985.
