Dragica Seovic

Dragica Seovic, 86, Wahpeton, ND died on March 27, 2015 at her daughters home in Wahpeton under the loving care of her family and CHI Health at Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 6 at the Willow Creek Chapel, Wahpeton, North Dakota at 1:30 P.M. with Rev. Harvey Henderson officiating. There will be visitation from 12:30-1:30 P.M at the chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vertin-Munson Wahpeton Funeral Home.


Dragica Seovic was born on October 6, 1928 at Roviska Glina, Croatia to Petar Slijepcevic and Sasa (Jeka) Slijepcevic. She attended local school in Roviska Glina. On April 25, 1947 she married Milos Seovic in Croatia. Dragica was a wonderful homemaker and spent her life caring for her children. On January 29, 1998 Milos died in Serbia on Kosovo. Dragica immigrated to the United States with her children and became a United States citizen in 2005. She entered St. Catherine's Living Center on June 30, 2009 for three months before she moved back to her daughter's home.

She is survived by her children; Nada (Milan) Rozic, Wahpeton, ND, Petar (Milica) Seovic, Serbia, Mira Seovic, Wahpeton, ND and Radojka Krnjaic-Seovic, Wahpeton, ND, 5 grandchildren; Drazena, Irena, Milivoj, Ljubica and Drazen and 4 great grandsons; Luka, Vuk, Srdan and Vasilije and 1 great granddaughter, Katarina.

Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton is in charge of arrangements.
