Angela Kay Stange was born April 4, 1956 in Wheaton, MN, one of ten children to Allen and Clara (Beckman) Bohnenstingl. She grew up in Wheaton and graduated from Wheaton High School. She was united in marriage to Arlo Stange. The couple lived in Wheaton before moving to Wahpeton, ND. For 20 years Angela operated a daycare. She devoted her time and love caring for the many children who were forever changed, having let Angela touch their lives. For five years she worked at 3M in Wahpeton where she met so many wonderful people. She discovered a special gift when she worked for Nancy B’s in Wahpeton, working side by side with Nancy Berseth. Her natural gifts of helping, giving and making sure everyone was always happy was perfect in the catering profession.

Angela and her husband moved to Ten Mile Lake, near Dalton, MN, where they happily lived and Angela retired. She loved to plant and grow flower gardens, and always chose to celebrate life. Every day was an occasion at the lakes, and everyone was always welcome with open arms.

Angela is survived by her husband of 44 years, Arlo, rural Dalton, MN, two daughters: Jennifer (Travis) Owens, Wahpeton and Tamara Barth, Fargo; grandchildren: Christopher Hann, Brady Owens, Hunter Owens, Allison Owens, and Madison Barth; her mother, Clara (Mickey) Schuster; sisters: Becky Looker, Vicki (Bryan) Alpaugh, Barbara (Jim) Kremer; brothers: Tom Bohnenstingl, Mike (Becky) Bohnenstingl, Joel (Kimberly) Bohnenstingl, Chad (Glynis) Bohnenstingl, and all her loving friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Allen; her sister Kathy Caughey; and her brother, Mark.

To her family Angela will forever be missed and always remembered as a dedicated wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Angela touched many lives, and we have all been blessed to have had the chance to have her in our lives.
