Colleen Sire

Colleen Sire, 65, of Wahpeton, ND, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by a memorial service at 1:30 pm at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton.  Arrangements are entrusted to Vertin-Munson Funeral Home.

Colleen Sire was born on November 22, 1952 to Carl and Marie Oltman in Wolfpoint, MT.  Throughout her life, Colleen loved to quilt for her family, sew different outfits for barbie dolls, eating out at Red Lobster, spending time with her dog JJ, and reading old western novels.  Colleen also enjoyed the outdoors, fishing from time to time on the Red River (near the big Catfish statue, but before it was built).

Colleen is survived by her children, Katy Sire, Fairbanks, AK, Jason (Katie) Sire, Fargo, and Keith (Melissa) Sire, Moorhead, MN; her grandchildren, Karissa (Daniel), Levi, Krista, Keith Kermit Sire, Timothy Richard Sire, and Sophie Blue; her great-grandchildren, London and Dublin; her brother, Steven Oltman; her nephew, Mitch Oltman; and Jessie and Myar Oltman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Marie Oltman.
