Johnnie Scheuffele

John Paul Scheuffele was born September 6, 1957, at Breckenridge , MN , the son of John and Betty (Becker) Scheuffele. John grew up in Wahpeton where he graduated from Wahpeton Senior High in 1975. He served in the US Army from 1976 to 1979 and was stationed in Germany . After his honorable discharge he returned to the area and worked for Melroe in Gwinner , ND . He attended NDSCS in Wahpeton from 1985 and 1986 and then worked for Minn-Dak Co-op in Wahpeton.

John enjoyed music, both listening to and playing the piano and guitar. He also enjoyed NASCAR racing.

John is survived by his mother, Betty Scheuffele, Wahpeton, his sister, Julene Hussey, Chesapeake Beach , MD ; and his nephew, Ryan Hussey, Arlington , VA.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Scheuffele; his maternal grandparents, Paul and Christina Becker and his paternal grandparents, Gustave and Margaret Scheuffele.

Military Honors will be provided by North Dakota Military Funeral Honors.
