Norman D. Williams, 54, of Wahpeton, ND, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in his home under the care of HIA Hospice. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 5 pm - 7 pm, at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton. His funeral service will be on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11 am, with visitation one hour before at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Wahpeton.
