Ruth Doran

Ruth Ann Doran, age 82 went home to be with the Lord on August 4, 2026 peacefully at Benedictine St. Catherine’ Nursing Home, Wahpeton, ND.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ruth lived her life in faith, service and love.

She was a prayer warrior and a guiding light to her family and church community. She was the best baker and shared her treats with others often. She was full of love and joy and her gentle spirit touched so many around her.

A celebration of life service will be held at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, ND on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow. Her family gives thanks for unwavering love and dedication to all the lives she touched.

Ruth’s faith, compassion, and gentle strength will live on through her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
